The Executive Secretary is the single point of contact for all business transacted before the Public Service Commission. Katherine Collier joined the Public Service Commission in 2009 as a Senior Attorney and has been in her current role since 2014. A native of Kemper County, Katherine received her Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi State University and her Juris Doctorate from The University of Mississippi. Prior to her tenure at the Commission, Katherine served as Director of Legal Operations for the Mississippi Department of Human Services, Division of Child Support Enforcement.
