The Mississippi Public Service Commission (MSPSC) and the Mississippi Public Utilities Staff (MPUS) have implemented electronic filing in accordance with the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law beginning on October 17, 2005.
All documents that are filed with MSPSC or submitted to MPUS may now be delivered by the following methods:
1. E-mail (preferred method unless document is confidential or larger than 25 MB): efile.psc [at] psc.ms.gov.
2. If you have large file attachments or confidential documents, please contact Cora-Lisa Weathersby at 601-961-5432 (cora-lisa.weathersby [at] psc.ms.gov) to get access to an electronic drop-box.
